Why should I prefer Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. over other products in the market?

Majority of products in the Indian markets contain harmful toxins like parabens, phthalates, minerals oil etc. Our products are Vegan, plant–based, skin friendly, and free of all harsh chemicals. Our products are made with the highest quality standards with the aim to deliver world class, toxin-free, skin safe, sensorial products.

Are your products Vegan?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. products are vegan. The entire range does not contain any animal by-products or animal derivatives and we are certified by PETA.

Are the products tested on animals?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals and we are certified by PETA for Cruelty-Free! Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing.

Do your products contain harsh chemicals?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. is proudly free of harsh chemicals including parabens, sulphates, phthalates, mineral oils, and GMOs.

Are your products skin friendly, non-toxic, and non-allergic?

Yes our products are made in ISO and GMP certified facilities and carry no toxins, or anything which is unsafe. All our products are hypoallergenic. They are made with ingredients at a recommended safe dosage. If you have concerns about allergies please refer to the ingredient lists in the product descriptions and always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.

Do you use preservatives?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. uses preservatives for our water-based products to ensure non-contamination and protection against harmful bacteria and microorganisms. That said, we are committed to using only safe preservatives to protect against mould, fungus and bacteria growth. You won’t see any harmful preservatives like parabens, hydantoins, pthalates etc., but instead safe preservative systems usually used for food products.

Are fragrances used in your products safe?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. products only use fragrances that are certified by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and can uplift your mood and senses. The IFRA standards are updated regularly and based on extensive research and toxicological research.

Where are Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. products made?

We’re an Indian-owned and operated company. Our products are manufactured in India.

How do I purchase your products?

Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Shopping Bag’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on the 'Proceed to Check Out' button.

After placing the order, how will I be communicated about my order confirmation?

For each order you will receive a confirmation SMS/E-Mail with your order number. The order number will be written clearly on your invoice and will be visible on your confirmation screen and will be available in your order history as well. The order number helps us identify you when you contact Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. Customer Care. It also helps in solving potential problems more quickly if you need assistance. Your order number is also needed in case you need to make a complaint or return a product.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email to customercare@crazyowl.in with your order details and information about the request, we will do our best to assist you. If, however, the order has already been shipped then we can’t help unfortunately.

Are there any additional charges when I place an order with Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co.?

The following delivery/shipping charges apply to the orders placed via the Company’s website: Delivery/shipping charge of Rs. 49/- on individual order value below Rs. 499/- Free delivery/shipping on orders above Rs. 499/- is available *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

When will I get my order?

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Under what conditions can my product be returned/replaced?

1. Wrong product delivered.
2. Expired product delivered.
3. Damaged product delivered.
4. Physical damage/tampered product or packaging.
5. Incomplete order – missing products.

Under what conditions will product return/replacement requests not be accepted?

1. Opened/used/altered products.
2. Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
3. The return/replacement request is generated after 24-48 hours from date of delivery.
4. The damaged/missing product is reported after 24-48 hours from date of delivery.

How are returns processed?

In case of return/replacement request, please send us an email with the images of the damaged/tampered product and Order Number to customercare@crazyowl.in within 24-48 hours of the order being delivered. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

Once Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. has approved your refund request, it will be processed and returned to the bank account/credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 10 -15 business working days.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. will process your refund within 10-15 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of the quality check.

What payment options do I have when buying from Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co.?

You may choose between several payment options on our website during checkout.
1. Credit/ Debit Cards: Payments can be made using a credit or debit card on Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co.’s website.
2. Net Banking: Payments to Crazy Owl – Your Skin Co. can also be made using either of the IMPS, UPI, Wallet or NEFT modes of payment.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at customercare@crazyowl.in or call our customer care at +91-124- 4488642 with your order details and we will assist you. Our customer care team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am till 5:00pm.
